His lawyers are absolutely terrible. They had him thinking he wouldn’t see the inside of a jail cell, let alone be denied bail. And he thought that he could use his money to get himself out. He had to be high out of his mind to not see the seriousness of this case and leave the country. Once they raided his house and had his children in handcuffs he should have been gone. Even his kids thought this was a game. Releasing diss tracks etc. Even then they couldn’t fathom that it was over. His ego is very, very dangerous. Just last month he was at a fundraiser where he was ignored by everyone including Flavor Flav. He was too busy trying to get his celebrity status back to get out of dodge smh. When he was arrested he had pink powder on him. He’s a drug addict. And has been for years. Between the withdrawals and being in a jail cell with no bond, he’s losing his mind right now. I don’t see him making it till the end of the year.

Presumed innocent is a lie anyone held without bail is automatically considered guilty due to the fact that they have been denied bail. If presumed innocent then being detained should not be an option. That should be reserved only for a guilty conviction or a plea deal which involves jail time.
