I totally agree about consistency! I’ve been trying to push myself more to head to the gym even if I’m alone and it can be hard sometimes but once you get there, you’re in your zone and realize it’s not as bad as you think 😁 also would love you if you can review your favorite workout clothing brands and what certain styles you find comfortable depending on the workout intensity! 🧘🏻‍♀️ love always from Hawaii 💛

Hi Lois, yes the one shoulder bras work best for small chest. My daughters and i tried them and total disaster for medium to large chests.....lol! Invest in quality pieces. I have tailored pants, suits and jackets best investments ever....see you in the next one...as always great video!😁🍸

I prefer not doing refills because my lashes stay on quite well & want to give them a break now and then. mine usually last 5-6 weeks and then i’ll go back and get a fresh new set!
