I LOVE THE BIRCH BENDER PANCAKES!! haha, the liquid measure part had me laughing! For the handstand, I get into a forward fold, then lift one leg almost vertical in the air. And then I kick the over leg up (even if u can’t get the other leg al the way up, practicing kicking it and holding hat position will really help)

Hi Lucie!! I used to practice gymnastics as a kid-teen. Besides needing to do a lot of stomach exercises, which is the key element for a hand stand, there’s a bit of a technique to it too. Pretty much you gotta do a plank...tighten the stomach and the butt jiji. And keep your whole body aligned even your head. And that helps you balance.
