It's pretty obvious why she's so thin, it's basic science. She's in a calorie deficit since working out, meaning burning more calories than she's taking in. For how hard she's training, she should probably be eating 2000+ calories. From what she shows in her vlogs, yes is healthy food, but VERY low in calories. Kale, fruits, coffee, oatmeal are all very low in calories. I'm guessing she probably eats maybe 1,000-1,200 in a day. This is coming from a girl who loses weight very easily because I'm tall and I'm trying hard to gain it back!
