I'm not gonna lie. My biggest fear watching your videos is that you get "doored" or a car moves suddenly while you're in between cars. Had that happen to me in Brooklyn (Williamsburg to be exact) a few years back and my shoulder never fully healed. Still have my wrecked bike and all. Gonna get it fixed because I miss riding in the city. You have OFFICIALLY inspired me!!!!☺☺☺☺

Oh man! That's a scary story! 😭 im sorry to hear about your shoulder!! I have been doored when I had brakes. I feel like its going to happen to everyone in NYC. I started to study every car in sight. I look at their mirrors when they're parked. I think using cars as a shield while riding between cars can help. You cycle up to an area where a car can't just shift over because it'll just hit another car. I don't know if I am explaining that right, but I try to study every little noise and movement. But I know things happen, and people are mindless💔 so glad to hear you are inspired! Cycle a group ride!

Drop bars! Risers or anything else are nice for perfecting little tricks. I am only 9 months with fixed gear, and learning with risers for skids felt easier. What are your favorite? Still willing to try new handlebars
