When you said move in from hell that was an understatement I gasped when you showed it. But I’m glad you showed it. That is crazy no money was taken off as the agreement for a clean apartment was not kept on their end I would still fight that in small claims court but that’s just me. Can’t wait to see everything come together ❤

The fact that we pay SO much for a broker/realtor/agent and they don’t do a 3-4 day walk through prior to moving in is nuts Honestly nothing could have prepared me for the state of your apartment, you and your family handled it like a champ! Just remember that crying or freaking out of justified and not dramatic, your feelings, whatever they may be, are valid!

This apt is such a huge upgrade. The natural lighting in your bedroom, chefs kiss! Moving is always so stressful but bravo for keeping a positive attitude throughout

Totally expected way to respond when your apartment is under construction when it should have been move in ready! Agents should do a walk through a couple of days before move in to make sure things are ready as promised.

We use to always be the first to see it before any resident 😮 sad they didn’t yikes 😳 beautiful place girl ❤ no way should the day you move in not be credited that’s the least any management can do 😊

The bedroom is such an upgrade!! Does your kitchen and living room seem similar to the old place? I can’t tell with camera angles! But having bigger bedrooms is so nice! And a closet!!

What a nightmare of a move-in day. So glad you had your family there to help you. So I had to Google "step and repeat." It's the photo wall with a repeating pattern where folks are photographed. Hence, why you may want to dress for the event. Learning something new every day. lol

Good lord girl! First of all, I'm so sorry the physical stuff happened, I wish I could give you a hug. Honestly that scared me a little bit. I had a similar crappy experience, I threw up in an uber, yay! I was dehydrated and had heat exhaustion. But I'm glad you're okay in the end! Second of all Wtf happened with the apartment? How did it get fixed so fast? Also how did you get over it so fast!? Good for you girl! Yeah! go get a latte or something, you deserve it.

I told my family I was moving to nyc with my gay friend. They went ballistic and have forbade me to move in with a guy. Me at 25 years old. Sooo now I have no help to make this cross-country move. I am broke and stressed and still trying not to let my roomie down. Pray for me lol
