I'm born and raised in Newark NJ, but now live in Portland Oregon and Vancouver WA area, when i first got here i used umbrellas and quickly learn that THAT was a waste of money. At the start of this video, those 2 women walking with umbrellas made me think : IF THEY (and others) ONLY KNEW HOW MUCH MONEY THAT THEY ARE THROWING AWAY. I've been here since fall 2007 and for the first 2 yrs I wasted so much money, it's very windy here and they KEPT turning up/inside out. Even the so called "Wind Proof" , they'd work a few times, but EVENTUALLY ... 😕👎, so to anyone reading this post, BUY A RAINCOAT!!! You'll be so very very happy you did.
