Love watching your videos, but just a note that your croutons aren't technically dairy free if you made them with traditional butter :) I have to eat gf/df and butter is a common thing that people overlook. You didn't specify so I just thought I'd mention it.

I hope you get the job! I love working in cafes too, but it’s kind of frowned upon in Europe (a lot of cafes have ‘no laptop’ policies). Do you feel like it’s much more acceptable in NYC?

Definitely not frowned upon everywhere in Europe. In the Nordics, it's pretty common and rarely a problem. Of course it's always polite to ask first!
