Nyekor 14/108 at Mebar Tsho (the Burning Lake): Bumthang

and we took a trip to Mebar Tsho, one of the most popular place associated with Terton Pema Lingpa. As a young kid, we used to be amazed by this story of an incredible human being who comes out of a lake holding the lamp still burning (lit) . Mebar Tsho therefore is a reminder for us, of the existence of this greatest Bhutanese Buddhist Master, a master craftsman but also shepherd who could converse with the dakinis, an ardent follower of Guru Rinpoche, and the one amongst the five Great/king Tertons to have been prophesied by Guru Rinpoche to reveal treasure test (termas).
