Hi Tamara and Nina, thank you so much for the wonderful video! 😊 I watched it while working out! Haha... Loved the Etro dress in particular. As for the getting sick on work trips (had same problem for long time), I would highly recommend trying out the Wim Hof Method - scientifically proven way to take control of your autonomic nervous system. Amazing studies! My husband and I have not been sick since we began the WHM breathing exercises/cold showers. And it's free to breathe! Xx

PSA!! :) i tend to get sick from the AC blasting too! What always saves me from getting sick is “Oil of oregano” (different from oregano Oil btw) just half a dropper under your tongue and you will instanteously be feeling better! It works wonders. Xo sending you lots of love !

Usually with a show there's a catwalk the models walk on. A presentation is usually the models standing around posing while letting everyone takes pics of them. Sometimes designers combine both.
