I'm from England but went Plains Georgia last year because I really admire President Carter and I know this advert was from Walter Mondale challenging Reagan but this advert it superb. There were 56 people shown, and although its hard to tell, it appears that about 52 were caucasion, 1 was asian, two were Hispanic or Native American, and one was Black. That certainly would not have been relfective of the population at that time. If that were the case there would be about 6-7 Black Americans in that video instead of one.
