Over time, my face lost its glow, acquired dark spots and blemishes that seemed to multiply despite my efforts with various skincare routines. Next, I started drinking about six glasses of water daily. I tried to eat less junk food, and I started getting myself involved in physical activities to I could have a wonderful sweat coming out from my face. All this worked, and I achieved a nice glow on my face.
