You can tell Andy was seeing himself through the other detectives if he had stayed off the wagon. And maybe Janice shouldn't have admitted killing someone in a middle of a crowded bar.

I think Kelly's phone call at the end was about "Ross" getting killed.

Oh yeah.. 4B. His nickname was his apt number. He got mugged and then he carried the gun everywhere and did laundry all the time hoping they’d be back. Then Kelly took the gun for a little bit and 4B was going to his reunion and his big life experience was being mugged living in New York.

I was thrilled when David Caruso left the show. I’m sorry, but his tough guy act was always absolutely laughable. I mean, who’s afraid of a grownup Opie Taylor? And to top it off, the guy has always played the exact same character in every show/movie he’s ever been in. Zero range.

No way! I stopped watching after he was fired. He was amazing.

Caruso overplayed his hand, and was definitely a one note Johnny.

Great clip. Andy had to get out of there to stop outshining his partner. He was always the alpha male of that show. Caruso leaving was really a great thing for the show in retrospect.

No, it was a bad idea letting him go. The Kelly/Sipowitz relationship was what made this show outstanding.

@@bonniejanedrake7303 knowing Jimmy Smits would come in and take the show to a higher level, you still think Rusty was better? Wow

@@bonniejanedrake7303 I really liked John. But Caruso wanted to leave to make movies and in doing do he purposely made things difficult on set to break his contract. Caruso should've waited like Clooney did before leaving a show that made him a star.

@@johnobrien1528 Smit was top notch. But many fans of the show feel Caruso was "born for the job". Shit I even thought the Saved By the Bell guy held his own later on.

She really put his butt and career on the line when she "pulled the trigger". And then verbally confessing her "actions" to him in public incriminates him if he doesn't offer what he knows to his own Superiors. If they find out later what he knows now, the curtain comes down and there is no encore.
