everyone is asking andy if he is alright, he is clearly very happy, but that is the only time in the entire series i think where he acts like this

Andy was in every episode of this great series, my favorite cop show, but there are only maybe three episodes where he is shown in a good mood or laughing or out of his usual character. I love how later on in this episode he is still walking on air but still slaps up the back of a skell's head and then cheerfully comments on it.

It's great seeing Andy be so giddy and happy. And it breaks my heart at how wrong it feels. I wonder if that was the point? Andy could be this guy, but we'd probably reject him, dooming him to return to the Andy we see as normal. Very fun, kinda fucked up writing stretch on an established character. I bet this was a blast to write and act out.

There's no coffee in that cup... no liquid, at all. The way the cup is bouncing around, and he pretends to sip some, looks so fake. For me, it's as bad as hearing those "555" telephone numbers -- it really crushes my suspension of disbelief... I have always loved this show, though.
