@bradjudy130 Great! I carry a G3 tactical and the G3c. I know these guns in stock form have a hard time firing poorer quality ammo because the striker is lighter so some rounds don't fire. They don't jam but they do sometime misfire. I've taken rounds that failed to fire out of my g3c and loaded them into a glock 19 and they all fired. The fact that he was able to easily clear the jam and fire again tells me he had a misfire, not a jam. I bet you there's a full cartridge 9mm at the scene with a striker dent in the primer and a bullet still seated in the casing.
