Secret Service swarm black-clad man who tried climbing over White House fence after saying, ‘F-k it’

Dramatic video captured a man dressed all in black getting stuck climbing tall security fencing outside the White House - with witnesses hearing him say “F-k it” before trying to climb over.
The mystery man was filmed by a tourist as he charged toward the fence on the South Grounds on Monday and immediately started lifting himself up to the top.
“Bro!” one onlooker could be heard gasping as the black-clad man shimmied his way up to the top of the fence.
Officers watched as the climber got to the top of the fence - with Secret Service agents inside the White House grounds racing toward the barrier.

One of two times I was at D.C., someone happened to act aggressively outside the WH and I think SS killed him. Was under Obama. I got a call from my dad asking if we were okay cuz it was making headlines. I happened to be at Arlington, but from there we went to the WH cuz our metro stop was there, and it was locked down for like three blocks. Also the first time I was in DC at the WH, Obama's helicopter landed in the WH lawn. Was pretty crazy. I think they had his presidential motorcade drive through the town and had three matching helicopters fly to the WH so you didn't know if he was in a vehicle or helicopter or which one. Snipers on the roof. DC is crazy. It feels simultaneously like the safest place in the world and that I'm gonna get shot for even the slightest wrong move. Also places may look unguarded, like I was near the back of the US Capitol and there was nothing between me and the back door where there was a lineup of SUVs for Congressmen, so I could've just walked up to the back door, same in the front being able to get super close to the front door, but you know there are probably about 500 security agents within a minute of you and someone has you in their sights.
