Daphne barely finished singing "without" and I turned into a puddle of tears. This woman has always been such an incredible storyteller and everything comes straight from her beautiful heart.

David Hasselhoff was sitting on my left in the aisle seat when my husband and I were blessed to see Wilson and Daphne in the Broadway “Rent.” Brilliant isn’t bright enough to describe Wilson’s “Angel!” I’ve only cried twice at a Broadway show, and that was at Rent and the Wiz of 1975.

I bought Season 1 of spin city on dvd so I can watch the cast of rent small appearance over and over in season 1 episode 17 what they did in that episode was wishing the mayor a happy birthday :)

It didn't feel complete without Collins/Jesse L Martin but at least we get to clearly hear Angel's vocal line (Collins' rich baritone comes through pretty strong)
