My only problem with the rework is the weapon damage buff on her 4 is still irrelavent. It would be nice but nope they still didn't buff the duration. That thing is so short most people don't even know it exists. Mind Control is actually crazy now though. The AI can be a bit derpy still but the damage some enemies can kick out with it is so crazy you dont even need to bother armor stripping for them. Jade heavy gunners are probably my favourite.

I mean they can’t have her literally doing everything lol. She has free armor strip, possible room nuke, infinite Iframes, insane CC, armor, overshields, overgaurd, crit buff, etc. I think it’s fine that they didn’t also give her a 20+sec 400% damage buff

From Zero to Hero in one patch, that's insane. She is so versatile right now and has so many builds she can make, which is absolutely beautiful. And the fact you can now jump in Assimilate means you get access to movement techs, which is massive W for Nyx. Overall Nyx right now feels amazing and I would even dare to say she is Top 5 strongest frames in the game.

I tried breach surge, but honestly- her 4th is more fun (i can use it and go to the bathroom while the deadly detonation is charging xd). I kept her 1st ability too and just mind controlling Acoylytes, Corrupted Vor etc. :D

Thank you my guy, imma start building nyx now. You've given me a couple ideas to work with. Not gonna go pet build, maybe later. 1st for sumbsume is pretty flexable. Im already getting ideas like the radiation pilliar. Breif surge and norish are always options. Shards of ablity damage vs rad targets would be nice. Not sure how much damage the bolts do, if ya can boost that, that could be fun. Oh could also put pull here since high range. Electric coil and larva are a bit too slow for team play. Ensare is also fairly fast, though you have to aim that one. Thank mr wisp main, you has my neurons firing

The second build i use for the Panzer Boss in SP with Sampotes when the Panzer is in the second form ^^ that works really good. And nourish is insane too on nyx !

Oh wisp man, about the arca titron, apparently the gas dot damage can give you slam compasicitor (english is hard ok). Idk if this is true, but i do run gas on my titron. I would think any dot would work, simce DoTs applied by melee counts as melee damage (i think, not that much of a nerd with this game.) Also slam on it is a forced electricity proc, so you dont need to build for it for influence (with slam ofc)

the crit passiv feels good , but kinda like a cheap copy of frostbite and only feels good cuz of all the new weakpoint dmg/crit mods. After they nerfed Ivara Dashwire interaction they ofc made sure we still can have the same 2 billion dmg by introducing the bug via mods that stack crit multiplicative ...I dunno , the last times DE reintroduce scaling bugs, as some new mods /features . Now you can easy break thoose multiplicative scaling with any frame almost any weapon and the introduced mods, instead of doing some weird hack mack combinations of weapons frame etc. .

I really tried to like the nyx overhaul thingy but I can't. It feels a lot like hydroid rework, but worse. The gameplay loop for nyx is basically run and shoot, and thanos snap the armor out from enemies and make em shoot each other. That's how the 3 first abilities work and 4th one is just I need to pause the game for 15 seconds, and it does right about negative damage to enemies under normal circumstances. At least in my experience when I played with nyx in normal path alchemy fissure. My gameplay devolved into using second ability to get overguard once in a while and popping a chaos sphere on cooldown, then just using guns. When I compare nyx to hydroid I mean the core kit functions, you have weapon damage bufffs, enemy debuffs, survivability and some CC (side note, armor gain from psychic bolts seems to be bugged, as it's capped to 1000 no matter the strength.) Now, nyx is worse thanks to the CC being soft CC, enemies hanging from tentacles are completely neutralized while enemies under radiation proc can still shoot you and run around. At least she has all those i-frames to stay alive.. Aside from that the core kit they share is pretty similar, the rest why I didn't like nyx at all is just the visual representation of how the abilities work, and mainly that nyx's abilities don't really give any spectacular visual feedback and it's boring. Sure the health bar goes from yellow to red, and you see some holograms on top of enemies but that's about it. There were no really clear audiovisual representations of nyx's abilities doing a whole lot of something so the gameplay to me felt bland and boring, almost sterile. Overall in my mind nyx is mediocore and boring to play.. Not really good, not really bad, but I do put her in the same category as rhino, just worse. A frame I never really play because of uninteresting gameplay loop and her kit not really offering anything special.

Her 4 is still a waste when you could have done decent weapon damage in that time. Using a sporelacer, you can melt all these enemies much faster. Although not through walls, but what a difference with such a good density of enemies. And her build through assimilation is still a nobrain shit. Thanks at least they fixed the other 3 abilities. That's really good.

Why hitiing your 3 and standing still,all abilities with long animations u Jump activate it in air utill u land animation is doine on lv cap you would be hit hard and possible die..also why activating 3 and then absorb,less enemy will shoot you and you will do less nuke damage..also Old Nix was insanelly powerfull aswell,not one of worst frames for sure it was one of the best Boos killers in game ..i did regular lvlcap with her with no issues,no rolling guard or prime footed mod..for me those are noob modes that waist a slots..also no point to show case any build in STeal path,this is easy mode to dominate with any frame in Game and only 3 HP mods equipped and one melle weapon..without even using abilities..steal path is bananas now..
