Watching you finish look 2 and my husband walked by and stopped and said, "Um, is she wearing it out like that? Two totally different eyes? Is it supposed to be a thing?" And I explained you were demonstrating 2 different palettes. Cue huge sigh of relief. I think this is what he thought I had planned for date night tomorrow. One neon eye and one blue and neutral eye. LOL. He really liked both looks, but not at the same time. LOL. I really like that first palette, the white performed well and they rarely do.

I think you're kind of a mix of warm and cool undertones which is why you can wear pretty much any color. Some people are prominently either one so that some colors look bad on them but you seem to be able to wear any color in terms of eye shadows and blush, lippies etc... I'm fair too, but I have a tiny bit more olive in my skin than you do but not much tbh. I can wear most colors. I have a couple NYX palettes and I like them. I loved that third palette and all three eye looks were so pretty! I can't pick a fave.

Yes, I live in New York and it was something quite wicked. I was in my classroom when my kids noticed the sky looked "brownish". We were asked to give the kids a mask to go home and a water in case their throats got irritated. I teach first grade, for a few more days. I'm an asthmatic so when I got home I had to use my nebulizer since it was hard to catch my breath (I had a mask too). Thankfully it has broken since but I kept praying those closer to the fires were in a safe enough place away from those fires if possible. Love drugstore videos and those palettes look quite interesting . I will sy the Vintage Jean one is like the elf American eagle one, but better.

Omg that’s terrible! I never had a window in my classroom just 4 white walls. I can only imagine what the kids were thinking when they saw the orange smoke taking over. Hope you all are doing better this weekend! 🙏🏻

The blue one reminds me of the Jewels and Gems palette from Odens Eye too,which I have and LOVE! It doesn’t stop me from wanting the Nyx palette too!😂 I think I’d like to try the rainbow palette as well! I do really enjoy the previous Nyx Ultimate palette I have. I like the formulas in it.

I'm for sure a neutral leaning warm and you're the exact same shade as me in foundation. That's why you can pull off all color of eyeshadow.

These are beautiful pallettes and looks! I cant imagine being in the northeast right now. The smoke has acutally made its way all the way down to where I am in arkansas! I havent seen the blue sky in days. It's not anywhere near what its like in new york but its definitely noticable if you look up. The moon and sun have a hazy orange filter. Crazy. Lots of weird stuff going on in the world. 👀

I hope the palettes become available soon to NYX retailers outside of the US because few of these look interesting. I have tried a some palettes from their current line and have to say the quality has been mediocre. The mattes have been okay and quite dusty but the biggest issue for me have been the shimmers which have either been really lack luster or just dry. The new palettes look like they have improved on their formula which is good, because the brand isn't exactly cheap here in Europe for being a drugstore makeup brand.

I know exactly what you mean! I've had hit or miss palettes from NYX too, but these I don't find powdery at all. The mattes are really solid and pigmented.

I was getting ready for work watching this video and we got to blush at the sans time. I loved how you paired the yellow with the pinky blush. Oooo, it's always going to be a cool toned palette that trumps everything else for me. I'm interested in seeing what the neutral palette is like - I'm soooooooooo boring 😂😂 If you do have to pop outside, wear a damp mask. Not olive. Before you said it, I was thinking light neutral to warm. In the old-school Seasonal Color Theory, I think you would be a Spring. You have a very pretty and unique coloring.

I think I love the Vintage Jean palette best I love the mysterious sexy cool-tones. The Paradise Shock palette looks good too. Does that bright palette have a lot of duplicate shades within it? I’m watching on my phone so I could be wrong.

Kinda of on the pinks, but they are different. If you don't wear colorful brights, then stick to the other 3.

I'm shocked. I thought for sure the colorful one would have been my favorite look but it was actually my least ( although it was still a beautiful look ) but my favorite was the blue and brown ( which I normally don't even like blue eyeshadow, and then the yellow and brown was my second favorite, which I actually do love those 2 colours together alot. But all 3 looks where absolutely stunning :), thanks for the video now I'm gonna have to save up even more money so I can go buy all of those palettes and eyeliners lolol. @@SteffsBeautyStash yeah I honestly never used to like blue eyeshadow at all ( not on me ) but ever since I started watching your videos, there have been over a few looks that you've done with blue and brown eyeshadow and they have been some of my all time favorite looks, ever. However I tried MULTIPLE times to redo them myself and for all the times I've tried copying those looks I swear there was only ONE single time that it actually worked and it still didn't look as good hahaha. Really like the vintage jean palette. Reading about it it’s called a face and eye palette. I’m going to paste what is on their site because I can’t find any explanation as to why. Do you know because who is going to put dark blue eyeshadow on their face? Face pigment shades (not for eye). Use the below shades in these palettes on the face to elevate your look. Bring color to your temples, on the cheeks and anywhere on the face for next-level artistry. Vintage baby face shades are 4,9,12,15,16

It’s bcs of the dyes used. It may cause staining on the lids. I never worry about that.

I like 👍 all 3 looks but I think 🤔 the first and 3 look 👀 I like 👍. I like the second look 👀 to but I don’t know if those colors would look 👀 good on me. Now I think 🤔 your undertone could be cool/warm and the Nyx bronzer I noticed on you it was fine at first I thought it was a little reddish tone not a lot of orange 🍊 but it blended well. I’m excited about these 🎨 palettes and that second pallet the green and purple glitters omg there so pretty 🤩.

Hallo Steff, three beautiful looks like each the same. I bought the freeze primer few months ago it's okay, I saw people saying it burned I was a nice cool feeling for me. I didn't know NYX had a yellow blush where have I been 🤣. I have several like 4 fat oils, I really like them. Thank you for demo always fun seeing a full face of a brand. 🦋💛🦋

The bright palette is the cutest. Some colors are meant only for face in the palate. What do you say about that? Can we use all the colors in the palate on eyes?

It’s cause the dyes they use may cause staining on the eyes. I’ve never encountered a problem with that though.

Do you think the bright colors in the Paradise Shock palette are duped/incredibly similar to any of the colors in the Brights palette? It looks like it on camera, but wanted to get your take since you’ve seen/worked with them in person

Similar but the Paradise Shock has way more neutral shades. If you don't wear or need all those brights, go with Paradise Shock, it's a great year round palette!
