I would be storming down to NYX and demanding my money back. Had to laugh at your facials every time you open those cards, the cringe on your face. Good unboxing you told the truth which I didn't expect any less from you. I've been watching your unboxing advent calendars since last year, and I brought two years in a row the ASOS calendar, MAC and Revolution calendars and I wanted to buy Rituals, but I didn't like the design of the tree this year. This one was even worse than the US Sephora advent calendar! I didn't think that it was even possible to be worse than the Sephora one (the UK version was absolutely fantastic) but NYX managed to make a worse one 😂 I'd be wanting my money back if I bought this one, talk about false advertising, this is clearly not a makeup calender with all those cards. That said, your expressions were so entertaining and you did a good job trying to find any positives 🙂

I am actually gobsmacked. I'm not normally lost for words but....like....wtaf? I can't believe how bad that actually was. I've only recently started using a few NYX products, having been shown that they can be good dupes for more expensive ones but this.....this has actually put me off buying anything from them. I feel so cheated for you. How can they possibly justify that price point? That is hands down the worst calendar I have ever seen. It makes the Sephora one look amazing. I really hope they reach out to you with a refund or reimbursement of some sort. Could you imagine if you'd bought that as a gift for someone? I'd be absolutely furious, not to mention mortified with embarrassment. Great video as always but sheeesh what a let down for you.
