I'm so happy I finally was able to listen to this song. Speaking strictly of the song, it's SO good, makes me want to learn the lyrics to sing it at full volume LMAO. But if we talks about the way it's a deltarune song? ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, I'm no songwriter but I find the lyrics so so good and fitting. I'm so happy to see another deltarune song, it sounds so epic. In deltarune, you play Kris, the character in the green striped shirt. You, as the player, possess them and force them to do what you want. The player of the game is the one puppeteering Kris, who doesn't get much say in what they want, outside certain moments. That's basically what this song is referring to.
