NZ needs to school their halves better, more emphasis on kicking and passing skills at standoff. Scout out union scrum halves and convert them to the 7 spot, they come with all the skills neccessary to fill that role by default, not just one or 2. Good tactical kickers, excellent passers and deceptive ball runners on top of communication skills to direct their forwards around the park.
