Why are these budget cuts directed to the vulnerable ones ... there are alot of minister's and unnecessary events being held now and then why can't those be cut .. instead security and education is the first to be cut while people are crying about crime and jobs it makes no sense unless if they are intentionally trying to yurn our country into the current Zimbabwe which is slowly overtaking us...

You mean hiring people and "planning" to train the person for the job, while they are in the job.. Is not working...? Pretty sure that was the "Plan" suggested back when that many thousands of Retrenchments happened at the start of BEE
