You dont have to actually be poor to sing about a poor man's life lol. You could have experienced poverty in the past or simply lived in a poor area. Mr Williamz grew up in Jamaica so chances are he understands and knows poverty. enjoy the music! dwl

Can also be an hommage to poor people someone knows, like Johnny Cash used to do back in the day.

I don't know why but a guy with 300+ $ headphones singing about the poor man's life seems kinda irrelevant.

+Mark van Broekhuizen (Dj Red) There's nothing wierd about having an expensive pair of headphones, he's a professional musician after all. I, myself, have invested in a good quality model that wasn't exactly cheap. But the fact that they are beats by dre ... It has been demonstrated that they are of very poor quality. Yet they are expensive as hell, at least the real ones. These are sold through the brainwashing marketing of mainstream hip hop video clips to youngsters who do not have acquired sufficient defensive intellectual barriers yet to resist this aggressive marketing. Even if these are knock-offs, this is endorsing the abusive practices of a dishonest company.
