Nah, you can learn a lot from the wire. The gangs started out with structure and loyalty. the OGs started getting locked or dieing leaving the youth to become more influential but without the loyalty and structure and become more ruthless. So relevant to the streets now, the youngens crash out too much, the crime need to be more organised and the youth need guidance and there will be less teenagers dieing too young 🕊

I just realised something, even though they’re dissing the other guys, they’re keeping their names alive just like they’re keeping their fallen guys names alive too! So in a way, they’re doing the opposite of what they actually want to! Example - everyone has been talking about/naming Tooka since Chief Keef got big, (about 13 years at this point), and when people find out that it was actually a little boy they’re talking about they usually do their research on him and then the rest of the other side. Which could then lead into them listening to that sides music - They’re giving them more light at the end of the day! Which is exactly why Durk never mentioned Duck until after his passing because he _knew_ Duck was talented and would go far.

It’s funny to me because “jump out boys” is a nickname for plain clothes police officers or gang unit cops because they jump out of cars and chase people all day long.

The T roy video shooting was an odd one, caught getting snacks, knowing ya surrounded by the drama and heads lurking night or day missions for a piece of that rep!
@EKk88194 ай бұрын
I kno it's sad for us as fans, but in reality a known murderer who was killing young men for seemingly little to no reason being killed himself isn't really a bad/sad thing for the community. T Roy had to go, just like Von. They were putting in their murder game way too much in Chicago, it's only fitting they go out the way they did so many others. RIP.

24:11 Small point of contention. A FN Browning Hi-Power is not related to an FN 5.7 at all. In fact it fires a 9mm round. The 5.7 uses the "blue-tip" 5.7mm ammunition that they boasted about. So either that court document mistakenly identified the gun or the gangsters were not actually using an FN 5.7 gun.

That’s bad but it happens. War, school shootings etc. they mess themselves up permanently when they become killers before they have true understanding of the personal consequence. Unless you have developed or were born with sociopathic traits, killing someone just like you will haunt you.
