I had no idea what to expect with this Carol. I certainly didn't expect what I heard. Children's choir and an orchestra just seem like Christmas. The strong beat etc added to the performance. Thank you Viking for all this wonderful music for Advent.

Tommee Profitt's Christmas album is on another level. He also did a live concert of the whole thing that was recorded and is up on KZbin. This song is the opener. You should *really* check out "What Child is This [LIVE]" - Tommee Profitt feat. Evvie McKinney that is from the live concert. It's another interesting interpretation of a classic Christmas song, but the soloist is mind blowing. Anyway, if you're familiar with rapper NF, Tommee Profitt is the guy produces all of his music. Profitt has also been quite prolific in the "sync" market, i.e. music made for other media such as film, TV, and advertising.

Apparently for this recording/video he wanted a Home Alone meets Saw type feel to it. I think the set designer, cinematographer and director got the feel pretty good. And Tommee put in the ambiance with the song, all nicely done together.
