shop keeper has least interest to sell his ac"s, poor body language, o general service is no special than brand like onida voltas, this ac gives better cooling by giving unlimited power 1900w to 2100w for 1.5 ton other brand capped to 1600w to 1700w to compressor results heart attack electricity bills for consumer. also they are costly due to import duty of 20% from Thailand.

apart from service which is limited to bigger cities o general is a premium brand built quality is good and due to import duty their ac are costly....they give true capacity like for instance a 1.5 ton o general gives true 5280 cooling capacity if you take lg or panasonic it gives 5000w or 5100 or 5150 w .....i have seen many shops first using lg , bluestar , daikin,panasonic switching over to o general, mitsubishi electric or mitsubishi heavy duty.....
