Subhānallah, this is exactly what i needed and exactly when i needed it... I've been in Indonesia and honestly find myself in exactly this situation, and life is so difficult and dark, and the people on the sunnah are so few that sometimes i feel alone in the whole world while the people of falsehood and evil are everywhere. It is so comforting to have this reminder, and strengthens me to continue. May Allah bless you and strengthen all of you, my brothers and sisters, wherever you are as you read this, and remember to be patient for Jannah.

When you criticise a picture Created by an artist You in fact criticise the abilities of the producer And not the picture But when you see people who's features or stature Does not to appeal to 'your' gaze And you feel a desire to criticise Remain silent Pause and reflect Then quietly say Ma'shaa Allah Lest you jest for fun And break the heart Shaking the celestial 'Throne' Falling from the esteem of Allah For Allah has created the beautiful features and stature Of every human being, carefully with love And the countenance with his own hands The artist would benefit with genuine criticism And you may find fault in his work If you have the expertise in his field But your Lord needs not your judgement about his creation For indeed you are unawares Of his vast wisdom and reason Take Heed! For if you find flaw in the appearance of someone You actually criticise Allah The creator and Master of the Universe Free from all blemish and defect The Lord of the Worlds So be careful and kind And Adorn and raise 'yourself' With the beauty and excellence of good manners

AsSalaam Alaikum I know this is not pertaining to the topic, however it is important. I live in the US and some of the masaajid call for voting in democratic elections as well as having politicians come into the masjid to promote themselves. Is it permissible to pray in these masaajid who allow this? This is a question I would like to ask the sheikh to personally respond, but I have no way of getting in touch with him. If anyone knows how to get my questions to him it would be greatly appreciated.

Wa alaikum assalam warahmatullah my brother. I also live in the USA and I'm facing a similar situation as yours. I would advise you to remind that voting in democratic elections is shirk and leads to apostasy. Allah says in the Quran: "Legislation is not but for Allah alone." The interpretation of this ayah by voting, basically that nullifies one's tawheed and can make one a kafir. I hope this helps. Barak Allahu feek

@@sergio0458 Alhamdulliah! That is exactly what I say to them. Now I just go there make my Salaat then immediately leave. If I see one of those politicians there (most of the time it’s on jummah) I refuse to pray there. May Allah keep us firm.

و عليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته As the previous brother mentioned, voting and democratic elections are shirk and apostasy I’d like to mention that Quran 5:44 states clearly that whoever judges other than what Allah SWT has revealed is a disbeliever
