He was on Broadway when they got back together and didn't want to leave. At the time they only expected to get back together for like a summer tour in Europe. They had no intentions of releasing two more albums but it's what the fans wanted so they went with it. Ashley gave the guys his blessing and everything and has been a huge supporter of their new music.
