I think Jacob looks the worst unfortunately he doesn't look bad by any means just aged the worst out of the 4. Trevor didn't aged the best either but again doesn't look bad. I think Erik and Dan aged the best but Erik could gain a few pbds he looks to skinny esp in face .

He left the band a looooooong time ago. When O-Town did their reunion tour back in 2011, he declined to be a part of it because had moved on and was doing Broadway shows in New York. He thought that doing the reunion would be a step back for him.
