that 4th with the counter looks so dangerous to make that little step, your whole back is exposed, is he just does tani-othosi he sweeps both your legs and you're flat on your back. I imagine that little step is immidiatly followed by o-uchi to prevent him from taking tani-, but still feels like a risky move to do.

Yes, it is a higher risk O Uchi Gari. We just need to remember a couple of things: 1st is our opponent is already around our waist, if we stay there there is a high chance we will be thrown, 2nd the step needs to be done while they are travelling around out back, 3rd our weight must stay low otherwise we will get thrown with Tani O Toshi or Ura Nage!
