若以投資物業收回自住用途,再以offset account 套現買另一個物業,化算嗎?

Frank, Just found your channel 2 days ago...Impressed! As i was not aware, 從来無好好利用 offset account!! My situation is exactly the same as your example, 我現在應該賣出自住物業 OR lease it out? Great video. 想問個案2,用offset a/c買自住物業後,一般銀行會否要求提升案例中500k 貸款利息為投資物業級利息(雖然應該可全tax deductible)? Thanks

絕對會,長遠規劃更重要。對於普通收入的人群我認為自住樓是屬於奢侈品
