it's perfectly ok and expected you'll spit the wine when you're tasting.... normally I suck in the wine, runs around the mouth for overall taste then spit it out..... if i really like the feel then i will take a small second sip and swallow to test the finish..... in that case you can try many more wines without feeling sick or over
