Thank you for this walk through! I actually like the minors more than the majors, I think. Beautiful deck. So, I always catch spiders in my house and release them. They are wonderful creatures -- and misunderstood. I even have a little blessing I say as I release them outside: "Spider friend, you'll be happier here, I release you without fear, As your weaving starts to spread, Please weave this wish into your web." Don't know where I found that. It adds a touch of magic!

Thanks for this walk through! This deck also reminded me of childrens books I used to love... I Am A Little Rabbit by Francois Crozat... Beatrix Potter... Like you said it feels “familiar” because of those connections. These are also animals I could potentially see in my area, so that really helps too. I don’t usually go for animal decks (though I love animals) but this one was an exception for those reasons (and also just how beautiful the artwork is). Excited to get mine. Btw Enjoyed your reading at the end too-definitely resonated. Thank you 🍁🌲🐇🦉🍂

thank you so much Rachel I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I also realised that it reminded me of a television show for children that was on TV in the UK when I was small called The Animals of Farthing Wood - it had beautiful illustrations and the main character was a fox. It was probably based on a story book but I don't remember reading that if there was. You're right its just so nostalgic in such a powerful way and I echo what you say about not going for animal decks much - me too even though I love animals - there's just something about this deck that is so special.
