Let's get real here, the use of the term 'villainess' is borderline offensive. These are supposed to be human beings, not comic book characters. Julia was a psychotic, but she was not inherently evil. There's no such thing.

agree, Julia was not a villain in the beginning, she got crazy because of the several divorces of Jack and Carly who drives her nuts.

@@MrMusiclover030 Agreed, although she was fragile from the start. Then she gets run over by Carly, gets terrorized by David Stenbeck, gets married to Jack while he's clearly on the rebound from Carly, miscarries her baby, Jack divorces her, and she's institutionalized in a hospital she's miserable in. Little by little, she descended into madness. I wonder what happened to her after her very last scene when she sent Jack that "World's Greatest Dad" tape with her evil confession.
