1:21, the attention to detail with his ribs showing through his fur. I don't konw how many people noticed it, but i did and it just adds a whole lot more the the importance of that scene and transition. He was given the chance to get a better ending by Tigerstar, an offer given to a half starved warrior who was disgraced by the clan leader. But he stood his ground and protected his apprentice and their sister.

the end art transitioning from stonekit with oakheart to finally stonefur with stormkit had me genuinely BAWLING, this was unbelievably beautiful from start to finish. the simplicity of it was so stunning. i’ve never understood people’s sadness over stonefur protecting stormpaw and featherpaw but when it’s all laid out like this from start to finish, i truly get it.

stonefur is one of my favourites warriors, i always liked him because he decided to defend two defenseless and younger clanmates, he looked death directly in the face without showing fear, loyal, strong and courageous...one of the best in my opinion.
