What if i dont charge it for 6 hr first amd directly start using it bec i dont have separate charger for charging ups bec it is used in router

You can plug the router via this mini ups, just ensure there is no power cut for the first six hours. So, connect the router adapter to miniups and then connect miniups to router, it should be good unless you encounter power cut for the first six hours.

Adapter is the same that came with your router. However, this mini ups doesn't support 9V adapters/routers.

How much backup do you get ? I get only around 10 minutes. How to charge it, with light on or with light off ?

I had charged with light off...that's full charge, however , when it's connected, it's light off...also, on full charge it worked for 1 hour 50 mins... can you also check if your modem is 12V.. sometimes config may vary which will lead to router not working ...thanks
