He is absolutely right. General public in Pakistan will roll out the red carpet in a massive way if they know you are an Indian. Experienced it myself in Lahore in 2004. An auto-rickshaw driver during our ride realised I was from India and after reaching the destination we both had tea together and spoke about his grandparents in Punjab, India. He then refused to let me pay for the tea. The auto fare was Rs. 25 and the tea bill was Rs. 15. It has been over 13 years since and I doubt I will ever forget his face and the brotherhood.

What Shoaib Said about Pakistanis is absolutely true, I experienced it in Riyadh, Saudi , back on those days it was difficult for me to find Indian restaurants in my locality, Once i came out for lunch and saw the only Indian restaurant which was really far from my place, was closed and i was very hungry, only some Pakistani restaurant's were open, I was actually afraid but my hunger pushing me i entered one shop, I was feeling very awkward to be in the presence of so many Pakistanis, being south indian i dont know punjabi or Hindi, seeing me struggling to choose food from menu a group of middle aged Pakistanis there asked me to join them, and i was mind blown by the love and the respect they showered on India and that was a perception changing experience, i had so much fun even with the language barriers, that's when i personally got the meaning when people say that its only the politicians from both sides creating the so called rift, after all people are people and everyone is just filled with love, if allowed,.. That was one of the most pleasing and core changing experiences i had in life , easily 🙂❤

Humein tumhare aur humare dono ke jaanon ki kadr hai. Jaan lena aur dena band karo. Dosti ka haath do. Chen se tum bhi raho aur humein bhi rehne do.
