Where do you think Groth ranks among the other Oakville wineries?

Groth certainly has a lot of history and their wines are of good quality, however in the spirit of being super honest with my viewership I must say that I don't rank them very high on my list of best wineries in Oakville. I prefer the following in no particular order: Rudd Dalla Valle Cardinale Far Niente Nickel & Nickel Turnbull Tench Plumpjack

@@MagicTimeWineChannel What are your thoughts on the Turnbull Leopoldina or Black Label?

@@chrisginoc Funny that you ask, I was the lead Educator at Turnbull for two years and know those two wines more than most. I love both wines, Black Label is mostly fruit from the Leopoldina Vineyard and so both wines are similar, but Black label is the barrel select and is always a bit more velvety. Leo is a bit more site specific and has more volcanic notes. Both stunning wines and I love the winemaker there Peter Heitz.

@@MagicTimeWineChannel I have a 2015 Black Label in my cellar and ordered a 2018 Black Label. Can't wait to taste the 2018 vintages from all of Napa. Could end up being an amazing vintage
