Noel has credits where it says Oasis. It's a remix so you normally specify who did the mix just for the sake of being able to differentiate between different versions. It's like saying Supersonic live Glastonbury 1994 and saying Glastonbury have the credits for writing.

Probably because the very idea of it being a remix is subjective. It definitely isn't a traditional remix. This version has entirely new arrangements, guitar tracks and vocals specifically recorded for this version. Some people would call it a retake, rework, revamp. I know full well the producers I've worked with wouldn't call this a remix. The art of a remix is usually changing what's there, maybe with minor additions. Not an entirely new recording, with new lead vocals by a different lead vocalist recorded a decade after the original.
