Super informative video. Thank you. It's on our list for February 2025 as we attempt to tour most of the luxury motorcoach resorts across the country. They said rentals don't open up for 2025 until early September so hopefully, we can get a nice spot!

Nothing like a timeshare. We own this outright, can sell it at anytime, like a home or property. We pay utilities, HOA, taxes, insurance. We can bring kids or have guests.

We did buy a motor coach. We live in our motor coach full time. The “cottage” just gives us an extra 200SF for guests and storage. Not sure how that qualifies as a flex.

Yes I agree 💯 . I’m born and raised Californian, if wasn’t that I’m 70 and all my family is here I would have left a good 10 years ago. More than 65,000 large corporations have left California because of the taxes and regulations. It’s terribly expensive to live here , we are on a fixed income with retirement and SS to depend on in the year 2020 we thought how wonderful it was going to be to live out our golden years and be able to travel a little bit and enjoy life , it takes all both our retirement’s and SS to make it now . Enjoy life as much as you can who ever old you are don’t wait for retirement !
