They will usually butterfly a steak if a guest orders it overcooked, otherwise a thick steak would be blackened if cooked that long! Passing under the Verazzano Bridge never gets old! Don't forget to ask what time it will be when you return so you can wake up early for it!

How long did the ship spend in the Upper Bay after departure? Seems like it was a while.

The ship did a full 360 turn while we were in front of the statue of liberty and then approx 30 -40 mins later we were passing under the Verazanno. It was probably crawling pace to sail out at.

I'm on the Liberty of the Seas simulation cruise out of Galveston in a few weeks. I have a question: I know that some passengers will be designated "unvaccinated" for the purposes of the simulation. Do you know if any of the volunteers were "unvaccinated", or were they all staff that were sailing as passengers?
