liam's voice was truly something special. i think this version is kind of... haunting? there's just something really great about it that noel unfortunately didn't seem to capture on his version. my only gripe is that liam doesn't hit the higher notes in this like noel does. he seems very static which is quite frustrating on the pre and choruses. still, it's just the same at the end of the day ;)

I had a dream last night that these two icons met up at a party and Liam started singing this song in Noel’s face. Noel refused to sing and even pushed Liam away and Liam just sang louder and more emotionally; begging his older brother to realize they both wasted so much time fighting. After the first chorus, Noel started mumbling along and Liam turned it to 11 and really started to pour his heart out to his older brother. Eventually, Noel cracked and began to weep. He grabbed his brother by his head and embraced him. The two brothers continued to then sing together while the entire crowd watched along... What a wonderful dream it was. I also asked Liam for an autograph and he charged me $70 for it on a t-shirt. Cheaky f*cker!
