This shield build (Oathkeepers + Brecilien Cape, but with both Knight Boots and Guardian Helmet added for more shield) is way better for Faction Warfare or GvG/ZvZ, unlike its solo PvP purpose which has weird pros and cons compared to other builds tho-. Other than that, builds are dependent on our playstyle.

knight boots on zvz is trolling. brecilien cape has no value in that setup (zvz) the shield will get easily broken and you don't need the anti-purge.
