130 g baked beetroot.
1 cup water.
6 g dry yeast.
250 g oatmeal.
60 g walnuts.
a little salt.
2 tbsp flaxseed.
oregano.
20 ml olive oil.
100 g oat flour.
a little butter.
a little more butter.
sprinkle with flaxseed.
bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C.
Spread:

1 tsp. Dijon mustard.
