(and yes, I still tried to support it, I got my refund email on 21 April, 2018). There was next to no information about it on KZbin, which is where I'm guessing the studio gets most of their views. The fundraiser was for a serious amount of money, but was open for a small period of time and done outside of any of the standard crowdfunding sites. The whole campaign felt like it was done by someone who had heard a general description of crowdfunding, thought "Hey, that sounds neat," and then looked into none of the practicalities. Heck, they were releasing videos on KZbin within weeks of the start of the fundraiser and there was next to nothing here. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a lot of KZbin fans of Oats that would have loved to contribute during the campaign if they had any idea it existed, and its hardly the fans' fault that the studio lacked a serious social media marketing strategy when they tried crowdfunding.

I think what is really a pity is the lack of indirect lighting coming from the earth, on many shots you have the light of the sun hiting the ships, and the shadow completely black. Yeah i know... the empty space is black right? so shadows are black... but in some shots the shadows of the ships are pointing the earth. But also, light bounces, even if shadow doesn't point the earth it might get light bounces from other parts of the ship that are being lighted.

Well done. Nice narration/ soundtrack. Ominous yet hopeful. Seems to be leading to a scene where the entire Earth is surrounded by scaffolding. Love the little details like HOW the shuttles would attach. Good stuff. Thanks.8/10.
