Are our people perceptive at all? Is it the fact that many of our people lack exposure to other climes or is it because most subsist in absolute poverty? These are pathetic times for Yorubaland. Even the Soun himself isn't smiling. Ogbomosho is now the equivalent of a principality in Yorubaland. I'm thoroughly ashamed as a Yoruba man that such a derisory and valueless contraption is on display on this blog as a potable water purifier and water-dispenser for Ogbomoso town. So, this is one of late Alao Akala's legacies for his homestead of Ogbomoso. Is this all that Governor Akala did for the people of Ogbomoso, his birth place? Dear God, send down righteous and compassionate political elites to Nigeria. Amen. I really can't see any justification for excitement and praise-singing from the images being beamed at us by this blog. Honestly, our Yoruba people deserve better! Late Akala was a native of Ogbomosho and was Oyo State Governor for, at least, one term. What a pity for Karo o jire land!

To me,I will keep saying that Nigeria is a republic, do a research on Republic, King has no power talk less of level in Yoruba land anymore, it's just a camouflage,they have sold their birthright to western that created Nigeria , until Yoruba single himself out of Nigeria, before king can gian their sovereignty power,all this ko necessary, Yoruba need to go back to where it was before, before amalgamation of 1914.

Nigeria is an impostor in the original system of government of Yoruba land, ibo land and Hausa land. Nigeria is an invasion brought by the white man into Africa.

There should have been drums and cultural dance to welcome a traditional rulers this reception for a first class Oba is poor
@anointed58417 ай бұрын
According to history, Soun is not one of the first-class Oba in Yorubaland. Maybe that is the reason why he has no entourage, but now he can be creative by forming a classical entourage and drummers who will be following him wherever he goes.

Most you people do this drama on social media he can do many things without social media, in a civilized countries you will not see this drama you people are doing, if truly the king have good intentions to develop his areas he doesn't needs to do this drama on social media his jobs will speak for him and his peoples so stop deceiving people's because they were not exposed to what is going on across the globe. He can do this without showing camera or video on social media his jobs and his people will speak for him.

@@shakiratabbas906 this why we were back word since 100 years ago, that Baba can do his jobs without doing show off at the end of the day you will find out they do nothing, so if we are doing something rang so we can not stop it and do something that we move us forward, our leaders are taking advantages of our people because they were not civilized with what is going on in civilized countries. So let's our so called leaders work with sincerity and the loves to salves their people. We don't need nonsense anymore we need good legacy from them not drama on social media.
