Oh, I´m so happy to finally be able to watch this new christmas episode. I adore that silly smile Lizunamaru have at 0:29 and her adorable smirking smile at 2:43 too. I didn´t know these models were capable of doing such facial expressions, like the one Lizunamaru has at 3:12. It really surprised me, lol. Also, they way Aya and Lizunamaru argue with each other like children at 3:08 is just simply delightful, reminds me so much how i used to argue with my brothers by repeating the same thing over and over until one of us gave up in the discussion, lol. I really love how Aya doesn´t waste her firt time to tease Reimu, poor reimu and her tree devoring hunger, lol. 3:50 I can´t believe Lizunamaru has just said that phrase, lol. They really wanted to leave fast once they got Reimu´s aproval. I wonder what phrase is the japanese equivalent of "see you later, alligator". 😊 The way Aya and Mimoji join the little girls at 4:56 is really cute. I really love that the episode is about setting up a christmas tree, wich is something that I really love to do at christmas too, sadly the tree that i have choosed this year suffers from erectile dysfunction so we could only decorate the tree with lights, baubles, etc but i couldn´t decorate it with a huge stars at the top of the tree, lol.

Thank you very much. Iizunamaru is very expressive. Her goofy face is also very cute and I like it.👍 Aya seems to enjoy teasing Reimu. Maybe these two are closer than people think. There is no phrase similar to “see you later, alligator” in Japan. A play on words in parting greetings is “sayonara sankaku, mata kite shikaku. This phrase is just a play on words and has no deep meaning. Since it is an old play on words, no one uses it in daily life. Your story about not being able to put a star on the top of the tree made me laugh out loud.🤣 You will have to ask Eirin to make a potion to make that tree healthy.😁

@@obaniwan You´re welcome, your touhou videos are amazing, Oba. 😉 True, It was always hard to me to choose a favourite character among all of them since i really like all of the characters, but thanks to your videos, I´m starting to like Lizunamaru a lot, lol. "Aya seems to enjoy teasing Reimu. Maybe these two are closer than people think." Oh la la, 😏 does it means that Reimu X Aya shipping is cannon in the Obaverse? is it a confirmation? Shall we add Reimu into the triangle beetwen Aya, Momiji and Hatate and make it a square? lol. Oh, I see, I tried to translate it into english and it may translate into something like "Goodbye triangle, come back square" if I´m not wrong, lol. it is kinda of funny in english too but i don´t think people would get it if you salute them with this phrase in english, lol. It is really interesting to see similar phrases like these ones in the different languages. "Your story about the tree made me laugh out loud" I´m really happy that I´m able to return the laughter in some way. 😊 And yes, I should problably ask Eirin for help, lol. But knowing how she is, I really doubt I will get the help that I need. I´m sorry if It took me a long time to answer this comment back, I had been busy and I didn´t want to rush down the answer to your comments. Have a wonderfull christmas on this wednesday Oba, or is it celebrated on tuesday in Japan? lol. I heard that christmas is celebrated different in Japan, if you don´t mind me asking, how do you celebrate christmas in Japan? take care, polar bear, 😉 see ya after christmas (or maybe when you answer me back, lol).

@@capscaps04 “Goodbye triangle, come back square.” That's exactly what it means.👍 The word has no meaning in Japanese, but is a play on words with a rhyming, risqué feel. Christmas in Japan is permeated in a special way. This is because Christmas in Japan has no religious flavor, and in many cases it is a celebration spread for commercial purposes. Therefore, it has the following characteristics. -Christmas is a day to spend with one's lover, not with one's family. If you don't have a lover, it is a day to feel a little lonely. That is why Parsee is active in Touhou videos at this time of the year. Some people throw parties with their friends. -This is the day to eat chicken, not turkey. Moreover, fast food fried chicken is very popular, not home-cooked food. -Cakes are usually decorated cakes (whole cakes). -Stores are open as usual on Christmas Day. -As adults, we do not receive gifts. Children get them from their parents. Young people exchange gifts with each other. There may be more, but these are the differences. Merry Christmas🎄

@@obaniwan I´m glad that I actually got the translation right. 😊 Thank you for answering my question back, I was not expecting a list really, so thank you for going out of your way to make one, lol. it´s really interesting to see the differences between our cultures. "Christmas in Japan is a celebration spread for commercial purposes.". Yeah, that´s very common around the world. Christmas is celbrated around the world not only because of christianity but because companies exploit it for their commercial opportunities, sot hat part is not a surprise to me, lol. Though a lot of people on the west finds it interesting that japan celebrate christmas despite not been christians, lol. "-Christmas is a day to spend with one's lover, not with one's family. If you don't have a lover, it is a day to feel a little lonely." oh, it´s like San Valentine´s day then, that´s really interesting. Just in case, Sorry if me wishing you a happy christmas made you feel bad, oba. it was not my intention. " That is why Parsee is active in Touhou videos at this time of the year." 🤣at least, she is not going to suffer from hunger. She ends up with a belly full of jelously, lol. "-This is the day to eat chicken, not turkey. Moreover, fast food fried chicken is very popular, not home-cooked food." Yeah, that makes sense if christmas is like San Valentine´s day. it would not make sense to eat a whole table of home made food if the only one eatting are a couple of young people. "-As adults, we do not receive gifts." awwww, no gifts, that´s sad. But considering how it is more like a young romantic couple celebration thing in Japan I guess it would be awkard to get a gifts from another adult that you only see like one time per year, lol. if you don´t mind me, i would like to answer you back with a list of how we celebrate christmas over here: -Christmas over here is a very christian celebration, though you don´t have to be christian to celebrate it. and there are also people who don´t really celebrate it too, they tend to be people of other religion with a huge fate on their religion, though they are the minority over here. -Christmas is usually celebrated with the family over here, people usually organize with their family where to spend the christmas together and we usually eat a lot of home-made food like pizza, pasta, etc. We don´t eat turkey over here, that´s more an american tradition, lol. -It´s usually only in christmas or the new year celebration that the whole family see each other together at all, in some families the people who get together to celebrate it don´t really know each other since they don´t really interact with each other during the whole year. and there are even some members of the family who travel a long distance to celebrate christmas together. -We don´t eat cake on christmas, I don´t know why but we do eat any dessert like flan or ice cream. -We eat a lof of christmas bread on christmas day, lol. it is a like a huge sweet muffin with a lot of different dry fruits inside. -Stores are closed over here on christmas, people really get dessesperate to buy food and stuff before christmas over here, lol. -Here, parents also give gifts to their sons, but adults also give each other gifts too, specially to those who they love the most. Rarely, there are conflict between families members because they didn´t recieve any gifts, lol. -Here, we used to fire a lot of firewroks on christmas night but it is now forbidden in order to protect the dogs from going crazy. -Another practice we had here in the past was of people dressed as santa giving gifts to the children during chirstmas night, some people will dress as santa and ride around the town on a vagon from house to house to deliver gifts to the children, however, since the town is big, the santas had to deliver it in a hurry and sometimes the santa will throw the gift like a freezbe to the kids from far away (10 points if you hit the kid in the head). Thanks for answering me back, Oba. and have a wonderfull time. 😉
1:00 And I do believe that these fans make most of the Touhou fans community. Also, meta? 4:26 I really like this face, I can't even describe 5:40 This laugh is so memorable, it's like an alarm. Chimata-alarm! Chimalarm! 5:48 Ok it had me laughing 8:34 They're getting even more cute with these decorations~

Chimata-alarm😆 Indeed, the scenes in which she appears are always impressive. This time, however, the bedding stood out more than she did.😁
I love how they included Chimata´s bed as a decoration, when I saw it hanging on the christmas tree at 5:33, I knew she was going to make an appearance in the video but i though she was going to come out from her bed hanging on the tree, lol. Someitimes, Chimata is full of surprises.
