When salary income will not be counted for govt servant only post will matter then how will he be able to get in , because most of the time obc NCL certificate along with income certificate is demanded ...then if someone produces income certificate more than 8lakh , he / she will be ruled out irrespective of his status as NCL ...so there should not be any criteria of income certificate..if yes then it should remain to apply obc ncl only there after only obc ncl has to be taken into consideration.

So it has to be done before issuing a OBC NCL then....if I already have a OBC NCL certificate and again asking to submit a income certificate then ..what is the use of this? Does the universities will think of this things ? Because they just notify that family income less than 8 lakh/annum . That's it .they did not even mention other than salary.

Parents salary and agriculture income not clubed .If any other sources of income available and income more than 8 lakh then you are under creamy layer...Your NCL certificate not issued ...

Sir very informative video. But you missed criteria for Class II officers. I would like to add the following in respect of Class II officers: A) if both the parents are class II officers, their children will not get non creamy layer certificate B) if the father is a Class II officer and becomes Class I officer before attaining the age of 40 years then his children will also not get the benefits of non creamy layer

obc certificate ki validity 3 years hai...but obc ke baad jo obc NCL certificate banate hai uski validity 1 year hai aur har saal financial year pure hote hi usko renew karwana hota hai.... kyunki government ko check karna hota hai ki aapki wealth kahi 8 lakh se upar to nahin badh gai hai acc to wealth tax rule

yes you can get OBC NCL certificate... according to the rule during the joining of your father and mother in government job service they should join in grade C or grade D.... if you are parents incoming increases to 10 lakh also... you will get OBC NCL certificate... as per ruleGovernment employees salary not taken into consideration

ek direct joining is in class II... THEN YOU WILL NOT GET THE OBC NCL CERTIFICATE... if your father is promoted from grade C or grade d post then you will get OBC NCL certificate
