Thanks. But sir the problem is that the local patwari only depend on salary slips if parent is a salaried person. They do not go into the rules and only see the income especially salary income. I have faced this and they rejected my son's OBC (NCL) certificate.

Thank you. If the salary /agriculture income are not included, then why the Tahsildars are asking for the salary certificate while applying for non creamy layer certificate? And that too, they don't ask the salary certificate for consecutive 3 years. Mostly they ask for current month's salary certificate.

@@deepthid.s1284 You have to question them with all docs. Ask them to provide the rule while rejecting. Most of the time they don't cite any rule while rejecting..If they still denies, go to collectorate and give a complaint. I know 2 cases where tahsildar rejected the request initially and the moment the requester said, I am going to collectorate, they signed and gave the certificate.

1. Obc nc is based on parents 2. If parents belong to : A. Private : if for 3 consecutive years family income above 8 lpa then except salary and agricultural income. ( Family income may have some income company, rental income ) B. Govt job : should be class 1 officer / group A job. C. Father and Mother both should be directly recruited as class 2. D. Father got promoted to class A before age 40.

Sir my father is working in a private company through which salary he get is more than 8 Lpa , but income from other sources like properties , rents , mutual funds , Stocks etc is less than 8 Lpa .. As told by you the salary is excluded . I went to the tahsildar and then SDM as well with the documents but still they rejected , so please confirm once again.

Group - A is ranked highest in terms of appointment and authority. Most of the supervisory work is done by the employees of this group. Generally, government employees of Group-B are Non-Gazetted but some of the jobs are gazetted also. Group C posts are mostly supportive and non-supervisory jobs. These employees in the government sector can be promoted to higher levels. , Staff Selection Commission (SSC) recruits for group-C government jobs.
